In Class Writing #3

1.        There is a man and a woman: the man seems to approve of the women’s actions.  This ad seems to be congratulating women as the text at the bottom states “America’s Women Have Met The Test”

2.       The purpose of the ad is to congratulate women during the war.

4.       Men were the creators of this add.

5.       There is pathos appeal as the man is clearly showing emotional happiness.

6.       This ad was made during the war when many women were forced to take up the jobs of their husbands when they were deployed.

7.       You must assume that women worked for men.
